Christmas 2010 was a life changing event for me. It was the day I received my very first sewing machine, nothing special, just a simple Singer machine. The next day I was determined to make a cloth diaper for my then 10 month old daughter, who we call "Turtle". I got all my supplies together, drew up a pattern and got to work. The end result was... less than appealing. But from then on I was hooked. I strived to make better and better versions of my cloth diapers, changing little things as I went along.
For most of 2011 I was part of a WAHM duo where I accredit the majority of my learning experience in terms of cloth diapers. Feedback from customers molded my new designs into what it has become today.
In November of 2011 I decided I wanted to branch off and do my own thing. This is when Turtle Love came to be.
Starting from scratch was pretty difficult but it picked up in no time. Set with my perfected design, I added more items to my products. Wetbags, Toddler dresses, cloth wipes, and newborn gift sets are some of the things you are most likely to see in my shop.
I make it my priority to see to it that all of my customers receive great products with as little wait as possible. Because honestly, the people who support this tiny business are the burning drive behind its success.
